He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Jean Muse Caldwell; and his daughter Sammantha Caldwell. He is survived by: his father Gilbert Caldwell of Clearfield; his wife Robin Adams Caldwell; his children, Troy Lee Caldwell, Jr. of Fleming County, Desiree Lykins (Chris) of Hillsboro and Lakyn Bush (Isiah) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Raylee Michelle "Peanut" Lykins, Marilyn Caldwell, Isabella Caldwell, Elizabeth Gossett, Thora Caldwell, Lagtha Caldwell, Rayland Bush, Annalia Bush, Asher Bush and Amareigh Bush; his siblings, Kevin Caldwell of Morehead, Travis Caldwell of Clearfield and Heather Caldwell of Clearfield; and his close friend Jerry Cantrell of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other extended family; and a multitude of friends.
