He was predeceased by: his father Kenny Cantrell; and his grandparents, Boyd, Gwandaline Kissick Riley, Clarence and Georgeann Young Cantrell.
He is survived by: his mother Teresa Riley Kissick; his stepparents, Gary Kissick of Morehead and Daisy Cantrell of West Liberty; and his half-sisters, Cindy Lawson of Morehead and Savannah Cantrell of West Liberty. He is also survived by numerous uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
