She is survived by: her daughter Savanna Mae Bolen; and her siblings, Brenda Morgan (Paul) of Calvert City, Kentucky, Clifford Bain of Lakewood, Colorado, Jeremy Bolen (Amy) of Leland, Illinois, Jennifer Lee of DeKalb, Illinois, Dr. Brandi Fields (Kevin) of Louisa, Kentucky, Carin Estep of Morehead and Travis Bolen (Karen) of Winterville. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
