He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Ruth Barker Whitt and Ed Winkle; and his siblings, Mike Winkle, Kenny Winkle, David Winkle, Angela Whitt and Debbie Whitt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Diane Mabry Winkle; and his siblings, Wendell Winkle of Sandy Hook, Rhonda Hanes of Morehead, Sheila Craft of Morehead and Joy Adams of Springfield, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family and many friends.
