He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskell Burl McKenzie and Pauline McKinney McKenzie; and his son-in-law David Huff. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mabry McKenzie; his children, Steve McKenzie (Karyn) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Angie Huff of Shelbyville, Kentucky; the mother of his children Rosemary McKenzie of Shelbyville, Kentucky; his stepdaughter Renee Smith (Tim) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Matthew Huff (Haleigh), Austin Huff (Brittany), Elizabeth McKenzie and Michael McKenzie; his stepgrandson Kordell Smith; his great grandchild Korie Jean Huff; and his siblings, Jimmy McKenzie (Mary Ann) of Muncie, Indiana and Jane Everhart (Paul) of Corbin. He is also survived by friends, including many friends.
