He was predeceased by: his brother Rylan Gage Skaggs; and his grandfather Mitchell Ray Skaggs. He is survived by: his parents, Casey Skaggs and Teisha Whitt Skaggs of Sandy Hook; his fiancé Allie Bortles; his daughter Layana Rae Skaggs of Morehead; his brothers, Brayden Ray Skaggs (Brittany) of Sandy Hook, Marshall Bryce Skaggs of Sandy Hook and Kaden Casey Skaggs of Sandy Hook; his grandmother Judy Waggoner Skaggs; his great-grandparents, Aubrey, Evalena Reynolds Whitt and Roscoe Reynolds; and his grandparents, Charles and Debbie Reynolds Whitt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
