Shirley Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021, at the age of 81, Shirley Lewis of Morehead, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Smedley and Ina Dehart Smedley; her siblings, Ray, Richard, Paul Smedley, Vera Marie Miller and Mildred Smedley; and her sister-in-law Jean Smedley.
She is survived by: her husband Philip; her daughters, Kimberly Lewis Allen (Dwayne) of Morehead and Susan Roxanne Lewis (Larry Hickerson) of Morehead; her grandchildren, Kenna Marie Allen Gauche (Randy), Dwayne Edward Allen II, Kenneth Randolph Lewis and Austin James Alderson; her great grandchildren, Jace Brayden and Michael Colton; and her brothers, Harold Smedley (Loretta) and Larry Neal Smedley (Vicki). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
COVID-19 mandates will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Claire HealthCare Hospice.
