He is survived by: his wife Melinda Kay Walters; his children, Madison Sparks, Josef Pyles and Adelle Mycock; his godson Jordan Denton; his sister Rosalie Williams of Clay City; his niece Deborah Cole (Tim) of Sharpsburg, Kentucky.; his friends, Paige Cassidy, Jason Randall, Brandon Stevens and Bryan Donahue; and also Kiara Runyon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
