He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jenkins and Hazel Brown Jenkins; his grandmother Rosa Jenkins; and his uncle Anthony Jenkins. He is survived by: his sister Judy Winfield; his wife Donna Weaver Jenkins; his sons, Blake of Wallingford, Matthew (Liz) of Hillsboro, Christian (Lauren) of Ewing and Cameron Jenkins of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Kadence, Ariel, EmmaLynn, Blair, Ellouise and Colby Jenkins; his brothers, Kenneth Jenkins (Cynthia) of Indiana, Larry Jenkins (Karen) of Indiana, Jake Jenkins of Indiana, Bill Jenkins of Indiana and Harvey Jenkins of Indiana; his father-in-law Earnie Weaver of Wallingford; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Hollan (Phillip) of Morehead and Vincent Weaver (Frances) of Wallingford; and his aunts and uncles, Marian Barber, Phyllis Sluss (Clyde) of Morehead, Fred Jenkins (Nancy) of Clearfield and Mike Jenkins (Sandy) of Clearfield. He is also survived by his wife of 36 years, their four boys and daughter-in-laws and especially their 7 grandchildren.
