He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Keeton and Gladys Burton Keeton; his wife Connie Ann McCoy Keeton; and his siblings, Jimmy Keeton, Paul Keeton, Bobby Keeton, Dolly Keeton and Elizabeth Caudill.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruby Spencer (Mike) of Portsmouth; his stepchildren, Kim Weaver (David) of Morehead and Glennis Mitchell Hamm of Newton; and his brother Billy Keeton of Morehead. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
