She is survived by: her children, James Ray Blevins (Carla) of Morehead, Kentucky, Kristy LaRae Ramey of Morehead, Kentucky and Heather Reann Ramey of Morehead, Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Delina Howard (Ray) of Bowling Green and Jennifer White of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jacob Ray Blevins, Peyton Reann Leadingham, Rayden Eugene Leadingham, Kaylen Rae Leadingham, Alexis LaRae Tapp and Michael Wayne Tapp; and her siblings, Danny Ray Middleton (Wilma) of Grayson, Kentucky, Janet Sue Puckett (Jimmy) of Morehead, Carrie Martha Gilbert of Grayson, Darlene Hall (Al) of Grayson, Debra Ann Steagall (Timothy) of Lancaster, Tonia Dee Sagraves (Phillip) of Grayson and Alberta Howard (Rob) of Flatwoods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
