He is survived by: his daughter Paige Taylor (Robert); his grandson Shane Taylor of Morehead; his sister Mary Mayfield of Pikeville; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Darby, Wanda Smith, Robert Mayfield, Jr. and L. D. Brown.
