He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Gray and Ina Howard Gray; and his siblings, Betty Purdy, Dixie Gray, Edward, Clyde, Lonnie and Autie Binion.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Parramore Gray; his children, Michael T. Gray of Morehead, James W. Gray (Eulah) of Morehead and Teresa Ann Gray of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jeana Gray, Pamela Gray, Shawn Gray, Andy Berry, Katie Lehmann and Sarah Berry (Vong); his great grandchildren, Caroline Berry, Jack Lehmann, Kyler Berry and Everleigh Berry; his siblings, Denzil Gray (Terry) of San Antonio, Texas, Margie Brickey of Xenia and Pauline Fannin of Shelbyville, Tennessee; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
