He was predeceased by: his father Hoyt Robert Mantooth. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Fitts Mantooth; his children, Robin Mantooth Simpson (Joseph) and Mark Alden Mantooth (Rachel) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Molly Olivia Simpson, Emma Claire Mantooth, John Alden Mantooth and Collin Peter Mantooth; and his brother Joe Allen Mantooth (Trish) of Fort Mill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
