He was predeceased by: his father Willie Clayton Johnson; and his brother Randy Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Ruth Curtis Kiser of Morehead; his wife Vickie Skraback Johnson; his daughter Tami Johnson Crouch (James D. Crouch, Jr.) of Owingsville; his granddaughter Kaylee Crouch; and his siblings, Roger Johnson of Michigan, Bruce Johnson of Ohio, Ashley Kiser of Elizabethtown, Sue Baker of Indiana, Sharon Finley of North Carolina and Libby Adkins of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
