He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Lee Burton, Jr. (Ruthie) of Plymouth, Joseph Dale Burton of Olive Hill, Ina Kay Russell (Chuck) of Shelby and Connie Messer (Larry) of Morehead; his aunt Lossie Starks of Shelby; and his uncle Carlos Burton (Johnny Glover) of Olive Hill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
