It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Jay Skaggs of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles E. and Jewell Blankenbeckler Skaggs of Elliott County. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald "Jay" Skaggs and Patricia "Patti" Stagner Skaggs of Morehead; his daughter Jaylynn Skaggs of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Joshua Skaggs of Mansfield, OH, Christopher Skaggs of Morehead, KY, Lori Skaggs of Shiloh, OH and Tabetha Skaggs of Morehead, KY; and his grandparents, Tony and Maria Ratcliff of Mansfield, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals to assist with funeral expenses.
