He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Otis Ginter and Effie Mae Morris Ginter; his daughter Sally Ann Ginter; his siblings, Charlie Ginter, Thomas Ginter, Jr., Mary McKinney and Linda Lou Ginter; and the mother of his children Anna Pearl "Sally" Adams Ginter.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Mitchell Ginter (Melody) of Radnor and Ralph Edward Ginter (Suzi) of Ashland, Kentucky; and his siblings, Alpha Jennings of Clearfield, Earl Ginter of Morehead, Ernest Lee Ginter of Morehead, Teddy Ginter of Morehead, Freddy Ginter of Morehead, Jessie Ginter of Morehead and Glenn Ginter of Morehead. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; extended family members and friends.
