She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Daniels and Opal Perky Daniels; her husband James Roy "Jim" Fannin; and her brother James Lee "Jimmy" Daniels. She is survived by: her children, Barry Butcher (Stacy) of Prestonsburg, James Gary Butcher (Shawna) of Corbin, Tammy Lynn Blanton of Morehead and Lisa Dawn Fugett of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Kimberly Flynn, Felicia Jaynes, Brett Blanton, Zachary Butcher, Jackson Butcher and Philip Fugett; and her siblings, Gary Ward (Pam) of Meally, Kentucky and Jewel Branham (Ben) of Paintsville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
