He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Cromer and Rosie Mae Kilburn Cromer; his daughter Tammy Lynn Cromer; and his brothers, Elmer, Dennis, Mike and Larry Cromer.
He is survived by: his wife Judy York Cromer; his children, Philip Wayne Cromer (Mary) of Morehead, Kentucky and Angela Cromer Hanna (Tim) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; his sister Kathy Metz of Wilder, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Tyler Cromer, Joshua Messer, Sabrina Rose, Ashley Evans, Paige Evans and Joseph Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Zaden Messer, Zandra Messer, Rayden Rose, Rayla Rose, Raven Rose, Walker Robinson, Chloe Roberts and Liam Messer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and extended family members and friends.
COVID-19 mandates will be observed including masks and social distancing.
