It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Sue Kenley of Morehead, Kentucky, born in Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Bradford and Betty Jean Castle Bradford; and her son Timothy Riggs. She is survived by: her close friend Kevin Gower of Morehead; her sons, Johnathan Riggs of Owingsville and Steven Kenley of Jeffersonville; her siblings, Tom Bradford of Mentone, Adam Bradford of Morehead and Arline Barman of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Bella Kenley, Braelyn Kenley and Steven Carter Kenley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
