He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holley McKenzie and Flora Estelle Jones McKenzie; his wife Darlene Kuhn McKenzie; and his siblings, Charles McKenzie, John McKenzie, Earl McKenzie, Douglas McKenzie, Larry McKenzie, Guy McKenzie, Rodney "Red" McKenzie, Avis Johnson and Ann Conn.
He is survived by: his children, Paula McKenzie Wright (Ralph) of Atmore, Harley Dale McKenzie (Diane) of Morehead, Cindy Jo McKenzie of Morehead and Paul Cameron McKenzie (Kelly) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Jessica McKenzie, Justin McKenzie, Emily McKenzie, Casey LaMulle and Izak McKenzie; his great grandchildren, Jaiden McKenzie, Madolynn McKenzie and Levon McKenzie; and his sister Brenda Davis of Tipp City, Ohio. He is also survived by his extended family, including his church family, and many friends.
