He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Brown and Ann Epperhart Brown; and his brothers, Edward, Vernon and Eugene Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Omer P. "Phil" Brown (Judy) of Jamestown, Tim W. Brown (Sherry) of Alpena, Randy L. Brown (Sharon) of Springfield and Brian D. Brown of Nashville, Tennessee; and his stepson Tim James (Lisa). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
