She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubén Milán and Olga González; her husband Libertad "Papo" Napoleoni-Alvarado; and her children, Olga Enid Napoleoni-Milán and Atnell W. Napoleoni-Milán.

She is survived by: her daughter Rosita Napoleoni-Milán (Wilson J. González); and her grandchildren, Javier A. González-Napoleoni of Morehead and Angel E. González-Napoleoni of Morehead.
