He is survived by: his son Michael David Chadwell of Louisville; his siblings, Ronnie Chadwell (Patsy) of Morehead, Patricia Austin of Fairhope and Brenda Kenley (Howard) of Georgetown; his brother-in-law Sid Stewart of West Liberty; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Parsons (Terron) of Fairhope, Cindy Vermilion (Ed) of Louisville, Anna Laura Stewart of West Liberty, Patrick Chadwell (Joanna) of Fort Wayne, Shawn Chadwell (Miriam) of Brighton, Jonathan Austin (Carrie) of Leander, Brian Austin (Carol) of Daphne Alabama and John Stewart (Doshia) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikayla Faith Austin, Dominique Elizabeth Austin, Kathryn Rose, Audrey Claire, Ava Elora, Vada Ivey Parsons, Catherine Stewart, Isabelle Stewart, Noah Fredrick Chadwell, Leland James Chadwell, Noah Summerfield Austin, Joshua Trace Austin and Duncan Vermilion.
