He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Hope Pennington of Clearfield; his cousins, Allison Ward of Lexington and Dreama Ward of Lexington; his siblings, Ed Horne of North Carolins, Jim Horne of Tennessee, Gary Horne of Ashland and Pamela Horne Hall of Ashland; and his caregiver Roberta Curtis of Morehead. He is also survived by other relatives; dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (3135 Flemingsburg Rd, Morehead, KY 40351).
