He is survived by: his parents, David Johnson, Sr. and Debra Ball Johnson of Morehead; his children, Skyler Lee Michael Johnson and Macy Ray Joy Johnson of Morehead; and his siblings, David L. Johnson, Jr. of Morehead, David Lee Dale of Menifee County and Dorothy Michelle Johnson of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
