She is survived by: her husband Wendell Collins; her daughters, Kimberly Collins of Morehead and Rachel Clark (Frankie) of Morehead; her sisters, Deborah Littleton of Clearfield and Anna Graves (Robbie) of Ewing, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Joslyn Clark, Lakota Clark, Maverick Clark and Waylon Clark.
