She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Lauren Bradway of Milwaukee, WI and Alana Elizabeth Bradway Lewis (Marty); her grandson William Brandt Lewis; her brother Stephen Brandt Mullins of Pikeville, KY; her caregivers, Kayla Gray and Susie Collins; and her husband Arnold George Bradway.
