She is survived by: her parents, John Samuel "Butch" Kelsey and Geraldine Little Kelsey of Morehead; her daughters, Brandi DeAnna Kelsey and Jade Danielle Kelsey; her grandson Marshall Samuel Tildon Kelsey; her sister Mona Sue Spivey (Rich); and her niece Erica Nicolette Barton (Clay) of Morehead. She is also survived by her family and friends.
