She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Dallas Skaggs. She is survived by: her mother Laura Anne Totich Skaggs of Flemingsburg; her significant other Derrick Brown; her sons, Derrick Dallas Jessie Brown and Dalton David Parker Brown; and her siblings, Carmine Daniel Totich of Morehead, Ashley Caudill of Morehead, Emily Lavoie of Grayson, Denise Conn of Olive Hill and Shelly Bailey of Grahn. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
