It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda McKinney of Morehead, Kentucky, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Everett "Biggs" Butler and Glenna Kay Reynolds Butler; and her grandson Joshua Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Terry McKinney; her son Ricky McKinney (Jamie Johnson) of Morehead; her godsons, Briar Butler and Kaysen Butler of Morehead; her daughters, Janessa Staton (Brent) of Morehead and Beulah Begly (David) of Columbus, Ohio; her goddaughters, Lorielle Butler of Morehead and Brandy Rowe of Lexington; her siblings, Melissa Butler (Jackie Smith) of Morehead, Jeffrey Butler (Donna) of Olive Hill, Frankie Butler (Jill) of Morehead, Allen Butler (Cindy Sargent) of Morehead, Daniel Butler (Shawna) of Clay City and Brian Butler of Morehead; and her grandchildren, Caden Begly, Micah Begly, Tiffany Ison, Jaxon Begly, Adriana Staton, Abagail Staton, Hope Pernell and Haley Rowe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
The family requests everyone attending wear masks. COVID-19 regulations including wearing masks and social distancing will be observed.
