He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Theodore Cummings and Frances Cecelia Lyons Cummings; and his brothers, Richard Cummings and Thomas Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Karen Brown Cummings; his children, Scott Cummings of North Carolina, Terry Pincura (Tom) of Amherst and Kerry Cummings of Dayton, Ohio; his stepson Jeremy Egleston (Julie) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Tosha Binion (Zach), Trad Egleston, Autumn Egleston, Ariah Egleston, Cody Pincura, Trevor Harrigan and Ranata Fanara; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Tommy Binion; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Brown of Morehead. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
