She is survived by: her parents, Johnnie Y. Spaulding and Leslyn Henderson Spaulding of Morehead; her fiancé Anthony Graham Evans; her children, Leslie James Evans and Isabel Mariko Jane Spaulding of Belfrey; her siblings, Justin Eric "Justy" Spaulding of Lexington, Kathryn Isabella "Bells" Spaulding of Lexington, John Tanner Spaulding of Lexington, Dianne Nichole Colman of Ashland and Jessica Mariko Wilson of Ashland; and her grandmother Vada Lou Henderson of Grayson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
