He is survived by: his wife Julia Pennington McClurg; his sister Phyllis Hileman (Harold) of Arcanum, Ohio.; his children, Bruce McClurg (Rhonda) of Florida, Danny Ray McClurg (Patti) of Morehead, Roy Derreck McClurg (Jessica Kenney) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Gelenia Joy Bailey (Chad) of Sadieville and Dawn Nicole McClurg of Salt Lick, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Kristi Leigh McClurg Buckmaster, Bruce Lee McClurg (Brittany), Ian Lee McClurg, Alexis Jade McClurg, Enchantment Nicole McClurg and Cameron McClurg; his nephews, Randy Chapman of Morehead, Billy Chapman of Salt Lick, Marty Poston and Mark Poston of New Madison, Ohio.; and his stepchildren, Steve Meadows, Johnny Meadows, Harley Meadows, Melody M. Lambert of Salt Lick, Kathy Burton, Lisa Jones and David M. Wright II of Morehead, Kentucky.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
