She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mastin and Mary Martha Mastin; her husband Richard "Dick" Staggs; and her brother William Grant Mastin. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Shannon Thompson (Barry) of Hillsboro, Kentucky.; her brothers, Daniel Mastin (Pam) of Greenville and Robert Mastin (Gail) of Springfield, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Karen Mastin of Edenton; and her children, David, Elizabeth and Luke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
COVID-19 restrictions as mandated by the Governor will be observed.
