It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katrina Joy Crank of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James E. "Jimmy" Smedley; and her grandparents, Murlin Clifton Smedley, Eva Lee Wilder Smedley, Ray Wagoner and Lillian Beatrice Stone Wagoner.
She is survived by: her mother Kathy Wagoner Smedley of Olive Hill; her daughters, Natalie Grace Crank of West Union, Kensley Rae Scaggs of Louisville and Emmalyn Brook Smedley of Morehead; her fiancé Charles Sallade; her sisters, Alicia Smedley of Olive Hill and Jillian Jones of Morehead; and her uncle Kenneth Wagoner. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
