He is survived by: his wife Kay McKenzie Phillips; his daughter Justina "Tina" Logan (Kent) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Jesse Clark, Nick Logan, Colton Logan, Kaden Logan and Billy Logan (Anna); his great grandchildren, Nora Conn and Kamden Logan; his siblings, Richard Phillips (Jean) of Clearfield and Debbie Phillips of Morehead; and also Ashley Conn.
