She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Robert Oakley and Elsie Dean Oakley; her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Fultz; her siblings, Curtis Oakley, Adrian Oakley and Emilie Gladden; her grandson Kenneth Michael Fultz; her great grandchild Ryan Joe Brown; and her son-in-law Windell Allen Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Fultz (Susie) of Carter County, Tony Fultz (Teresa) of Morehead, David Fultz of Morehead, Debra Messer (Stanley) of Morehead and Rita Blevins of Morehead; and her siblings, Hubert Oakley of Mansfield, Lloyd Oakley of Morehead, Benny Oakley of Grahn and Audress Lawhorn of Morehead. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
