She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Riley and Edith Mangus Thomas; her son William "Bill" Loper; her brother Mondel Riley; and her grandchildren, Misty Loper and Jeremy Loper.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Loper (Susie) of Portsmouth, Tim Loper (Teresa) of Portsmouth, Heath Loper (Anita) of Morehead and Carol Loper Ison (Eddie) of Morehead; her stepson Brian Loper of Clearwater, Florida; and her siblings, Robert Jarvis of Columbus, Junior Jarvis of Portsmouth, Ohio, Rosie Cooper of South Shore, Geraldine Sears of Paintsville, Ruth Plank of Morehead, Donna Wilburn of Ashland, Patty Helterbrand of Portsmouth, Ohio and Betty Jo Riley of Portsmouth, Ohio. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
