She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlin Black and Garnette Opal Lambert Black; and her sisters, Shirlene Black, Edith Mabry and Geneva Clinger.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Caskey; her children, Bobby Lee Caskey (Tammy) of West Liberty, Christopher Caskey of Lexington, David Matthew Caskey (Wendy) of Morehead and Cindy Ellen Caskey (Rose) of Lexington; and her siblings, Darlene Spence of Clearfield, Mary Jewel Eversberg of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Berlin Black, Jr. of Clearfield. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
