He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Howard and Ethel Whitt Howard; his stepson Jeff Lykins; and his siblings, Edward Howard, Willard Howard and Emma Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Holbrook Howard; his daughter Laura Stallard of Mt. Sterling, KY; his stepson Chad E. Carpenter (Elizabeth) of Florence; his grandchildren, Destini Sparks and Samson Stallard; and his stepgrandchildren, Haley Lykins, River, Montgomery, Landen, Stella, Evelyn and Calvin Carpenter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God.
