It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Bailey of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl "Crow" and Reba Lena Sparkman Withrow; her husband Darold Rayburn Bailey Sr.; her siblings, Jackie Withrow, Wanda Cox (Owen), Shirley Smith (Lester), Detta Mae Thornsberry (Virgil) and Patricia Bowling (Jimmy); and her grandsons, Clifton Ray Wallace and Zachary Dylan Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Darold Rayburn Bailey Jr. (Kristi) and Kimberly Jean Davis (Joe); her grandchildren, Leslie Sherlin (Jamie), Kacie Smith (EJ), Erin Lands (Nathan), Allison Davis, Nathan Davis (Danielle), Chelsea Bailey, Alexis Bailey, Darold "Trey" Rayburn Bailey III and Emma Rose Bailey; her great grandchildren, Lillianna, Abbigale, Emelia, Jase, Will, Eldon, Amos, Brenham, Noah, Brecken, Emery, Hudson, Charlie, Ruby Moon, Miller and Joseph; her siblings, Earl Bud Withrow (Ruth) of Avilla, Donnie Withrow (Millie) of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Janet Glover (Garry) of Morehead; her sister-in-law Deloris Thomas of Morehead; and her pet Scamp.
