She is survived by: her sons, T. J. Curtis (Nancy), Brandon "Bam" Curtis and Jesse Curtis (Kathy); her grandchildren, Colton Curtis, Caleb Curtis and McKinny Grace Smith; and her siblings, Michael Black of Colfax, Bobby Black of Goddard, Jerry Black of Owingsville, Lela Cross of Richmond, Verniece Chambers of Corbin, Delphia Holbrook of Hillsboro, Alma Turner of Morehead and Brenda Hunt of Owingsville. She is also survived by one aunt, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
