He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Juanita Stewart Smith; and his brothers, Ed Smith and Gene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Wilson Smith; his children, Jimmy Smith, Jr., Tammy Burford of Hillsboro, Kevin Smith (Missy) and Scott Smith (Dianah); his grandchildren, Caleb, Brady, Matt, Laihla, Makayla, Katrina and Aaron; his pet Arlo; and his sisters, Kathy Smith of Mondovi and Pat Rohloff of Mondovi. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
