He is survived by: his wife Shirley Salyers Harlow of Morehead; his children, Cynthia Higgins (Joseph) of Lexington, James Harlow (Sheila) of Easley and Anthony Harlow (Tanna) of Morehead, Kentucky.; and his brothers, Dennis Harlow (Kim), Kenneth Harlow (Connie) of Grayson and Vernon Harlow (Dorothy) of Garrison, Kentucky..
