He is survived by: his wife Tonya LeMaster; his children, Tiffany Blatt (Frank) of Smithfield, Tausha Shepherd (Matthew) of Danville, Jessica Kidd (Jeffrey) of Morehead and Charles Logan II (Kailielgh) of Jefferson, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Olivia Blatt, Garrett Blatt, Dalton Stone, Emery Shepherd, Kamryn Kidd and Tristan Cole Kidd. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
