He is survived by: his wife Clydia Sue Workman Cundiff; his grandsons, Jonathan Taylor Davis of Morehead and James Michael Daivs of Morehead; his son-in-law Mark Davis of Olive Hill; his siblings, Curt Cundiff (Janie) of Morehead, Carol Graham of Clearfield, Norma Jean Logan (Leroy) of Morehead and Teresa Lynn Caudill (Henry, Jr.) of Morehead; and his sister-in-law Sadie Cundiff of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
