He is survived by : his children, Rebecca Sargent and Joe; his sister Frances; his grandchildren, Derrick, Megan, Morgan and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Channing and Harrison Dwayne; his sisters-in-law, Stella Sargent Caskey and Carol Sargent; his aunt Vernetta Everett; his granddaughter Tiffany Sargent; his brothers, Olen, Hershel and Cobern Sargent; and his sister-in-law Vada Sargent.
