He is survived by: his wife Tammy Adkins Madden; his sons, Josh Madden (Emily Eversole) of Morehead and Caleb Madden (Rachel) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Carson, Payton and Katy; his sons, Benton and Brynlee; his brothers, Jeffery Madden of Morehead, Steven (Rita Madden), Phillip (Jennifer Madden), Jerrild (Diane Madden) and Loren (Melissa Madden); and his mother-in-law Ruth Adkins of Morehead. He is also survived by other relatives and friends as well as brothers and sisters.
